This notice explains how the Kade Harmon website handles reader signups.

Information you provide

When you sign up, we store your email address, the list you selected (ARC team or free-book updates), the time of signup, your consent, and the Beehiiv subscription reference. You must be 18 or older to join.

How it is used

Your email is shared with Beehiiv, our newsletter provider, to manage the reader list you requested and related Kade Harmon book updates. We do not sell your email. The Kade Harmon ARC and free-book lists are managed separately within our Beehiiv account; these forms do not automatically enroll you in other newsletter lists. Free-book signups receive download access and a delivery email. ARC availability may vary.

Storage and service providers

Signup records are stored through the website’s hosting and database providers, InMotion Hosting and Cloudflare. The website uses a temporary hashed network identifier to limit automated form abuse; those rate-limit records expire after about an hour and are removed on subsequent signup activity. Hosting services may also process technical access logs needed to operate and protect the site.

Your choices

Use the unsubscribe link displayed after a new signup or supplied with reader emails to stop that list’s updates. We retain the signup and suppression record to respect that choice. No payment details are collected by these forms.

Book links open Amazon, which handles purchases under its own privacy policy. This site does not collect your Amazon login or purchase information.

Cookies and tracking

The site does not add advertising pixels or marketing analytics. Its hosting provider may use essential session or security cookies, to protect form submissions.
